భారత నావికాదళం చైనా నౌకలో మంటల బారిన పడిన సిబ్బందిని రక్షించి ప్రపంచానికి మానవత్వం అంటే ఏమిటో చూపించింది. కేరళ అజికల్ తీరం సమీపంలో జరిగిన ప్రమాదంలో MV Wan Hai 503 అనే చైనా కంటైనర్ నౌకలో పేలుడు చోటుచేసుకుని మంటలు చెలరేగాయి. ఈ సమయంలో భారత నావికాదళం, కోస్ట్ గార్డ్ బృందాలు వేగంగా స్పందించి 18 మంది సిబ్బందిని కాపాడాయి.
